Im looking for a surgical Atlas. I have the red pocket skandalakis (sp?), but have seen a new two volume Skandalakis "Surgical Anatomy" its twice as expensive as Zollingers. Is anyone using it? Any comments before I shell out $+? One may be as open to misunderstanding in a written review of a book of surgical technique as one is to write such a book.
